Mariah Carey – “Queen of Christmas” – and singer Anderson .Paak became the center of attention when they entered Catch Steak restaurant in Aspen together.

Photos captured by TMZ show Anderson sweetly holding Mariah’s hand as they arrived at the restaurant on the evening of December 22. More affectionately, he also placed his hand on Mariah’s waist as they walked in together.

Although these gestures led the public to suspect that the two were dating, sources confirmed to TMZ that they were not a couple. Furthermore, the two left the restaurant separately.

According to sources, Mariah Carey (55 years old) and Anderson (38 years old) are currently collaborating on a new music project.

The two have recently been spotted at a recording studio in Aspen working on the project.

On December 19, the two enjoyed dinner together to rest after hard working hours.

Anderson also shared with fans on social media beautiful moments during his collaboration with Mariah.

Earlier this summer, he posted a video of the two of them at the legendary Electric Lady studio in New York.

In the video, Anderson excitedly says: “Oh my God, Mariah Carey. Have you ever felt overwhelmed standing in front of a star?

That’s how I felt. But I couldn’t stand still. We had to get in the studio and create something.”

The two also reunited this past Halloween, when Anderson shared a photo of himself dressed as a member of the band Daft Punk at a party with Mariah.

Mariah was previously in a long-term relationship with dancer Bryan Tanaka but the two split last year.

Meanwhile, Anderson filed for divorce from Jae Lin in January this year after more than 10 years of marriage.

He and Jae Lin have two sons, Soul and Shine. Anderson recently made his directorial debut with K-Pops! , in which he and his eldest son star.

The film is inspired by the contrasting and humorous experiences of growing up biracial for Anderson, whose parents are of African-American and Korean descent.

In an interview with Hypebeast , he explained why he chose his son for the role:

“I wanted to write a film that explored family relationships and those special experiences. At the same time, I could also spend more time with my son during filming.”

Mariah Carey is currently enjoying her vacation in Aspen after wrapping up her Christmas Time Tour .

The tour was announced last August, marking the 30th anniversary of the Christmas classic All I Want For Christmas Is You .

The first show begins on November 6 in Highland, California, and the final show takes place on December 17 in Brooklyn.

Audiences on the tour were treated to 26 songs including Mariah’s biggest hits and Christmas classics. Each performance lasted approximately 90 minutes.
