Apostle Gino Jennings Challenges Christmas Traditions, Calling Them Pagan

Apostle Gino Jennings, a controversial preacher known for his fiery sermons, has sparked debate by claiming that Christmas is rooted in pagan traditions and has no biblical basis. The apostle also criticized the myth of Santa Claus, calling it a form of deception taught to children. He highlighted the contradictions in portraying Santa as an omniscient figure who rewards good behavior—a role that, according to Jennings, belongs solely to God. Moreover, he condemned the practice of parents encouraging children to sit on Santa’s lap, describing it as inappropriate and misguided. “If you love your children, tell them the truth,” he said.

To further emphasize his point, Jennings referenced the timeline of Mary’s conception in the Bible. He pointed out that the angel Gabriel visited Mary in the sixth month of the Jewish calendar, which corresponds to June in the Gregorian calendar. Based on this timeline, Jennings argued, Jesus would have been born months later, likely during a different season entirely.

He challenges Christians to evaluate whether they are genuinely honoring Christ through these celebrations or merely participating in a commercialized holiday with pagan roots.
