Chuck then tells the behind-the-scenes story of his encounter with the man-eater, which occurred in the presence of the tiger’s trainer.
The star explained that when he bent over to pet the animal, it growled.
‘So the trainer says, ”get up very slowly and back up,”‘ Chuck said, before delivery his punchline: ‘So the tiger did’.
Karl can then be seen turning to the camera pulling a face.
Meanwhile, the video has attracted 1.9k views on Reddit, with fans posting enthusiastic support for Chuck’s old-style of humour.

‘That is beautiful,’ said another viewer.
Rising to fame as a martial arts competitor, Chuck went on to become a major action star in box-office hits like Good Guys Wear Black (1978) and The Octagon (1980) which was widely despised by the critics.
